Every TV series has done a Christmas episode.  MASH has had some good ones, Friends, The Office and of course, The Simpson's.  I am a big supporter of tv and love the holiday episodes but I think still to this day the Christmas episode from Family Ties will be number one on my list.

Count down to Christmas...

I am needing some serious help.  I am dragging my feet big time at getting in the Christmas mood this year., It might have something to do with the fact that my basement is a mess, but it will all be worth it.  This has to be one of my most favorite Christmas shows from when I was a kid.  You know back in the day when you would cut out the full page in the newspaper that would have every Christmas special for the whole month.  I loved that piece of paper!    I am going to see just how many I can find.....challenge accepted!

We just watched a show on PBS giving the Samuel Clements award to Tina Fey. Aka, Mark Twain award. During the award show, they showed this commercial done on a SNL skit. We thought it was pretty good.

Looks like one of my favorite shows is back on TV and apparently I need to start watching because I just spent about 45 minutes watching clips on you tube. This is worth watching the whole thing - enjoy!

My hubby and I were driving through a neighborhood just east of State Street, and they had these signs all over the place! We could never have signs like this in the West. They would all be stolen, and then attached to a teenage boy's bedroom door!
(Yes, our sense of humor rivals that of a 12 year old!)

I hate spiders soooo very much.  I feel that they have taken over my life lately.  I even had the bug guy over this week to spray the house down.  I would rather deal with pesticides in my toothpaste than a spider in the corner. 

The first time I watched this I yelped out loud.

Sadly there is not a photo because the beast moved before I could sneakily snap a photo.
In Lehi there was a group of very large ladies sitting on a park bench. One of them had major crack city hanging out, and I mean major! If I were to guess I am thinking she is at least 300 or so lbs. Right in the dead center of the dimply mass was a bright red thong. Yes the undies. HOLY Freaking crap. There are just certain things that should not be worn. Dave told me I couldn't take a picture in case she saw herself on here. I think I would have been doing the poor lady a favor. She obviously has fun house mirrors at home.
Well now that I have made everyone throw up in their mouth I have done my duty for today.
Maybe it didn't start out as a thong? I just thought of that. Well now I just feel bad.

On an unrelated topic. Is it just me or do people talk about really inappropriate things on facebook and use very poor manners. Do they see that some of their friends are children? Do they realize that everyone can see what they are writing? and who with? and when they will be out of town? and where they are at the moment? Seriously it is a child molester, peeping tom, and burglars Heaven.
So many manners have been lost over the years. Jamie Pearce must be in Hell.
